I've been going to Jeff's with a variety of Subaru, Honda and Nissan cars since 1993, and I tend to own older cars which need regular repairs. Jeff's continues to be honest and reliable. They aren't the cheapest place in town, but I've never had them tell me something is fixed when it isn't, and I've never had an ongoing problem with a repair they've done. They do the work right the first time, every time. Jeff's only works on imported cars, so the times when I have owned an American made car I've been forced to go elsewhere, and definitely noticed the difference. The folks at Jeff's are also willing to tell you when something really needs to be fixed, vs. when it's a problem where you can wait a little while longer to repair, which is helpful to me.

This is the only auto shop where we simply drop off our cars and say "do what needs to be done". They do exactly that, what needs to be fixed. They are good about balancing the age/condition of the car with how much money should be put into it. We have been taking our foreign cars here for 18 years and have never had a problem. In fact, we will not buy a domestic car anymore, because it means dealing with another shop. We once had to have the car towed and it turned out to be a couple of dollar part which they fixed for free. It is so nice to be able to trust a car repair place and not have to feel like you are being "taken for a ride". Highly recommend.
